1.  MLPI’s Staff Scientist has in excess of twenty years experience in both the construction and medical industries.

2.  Our Staff Scientist is responsible for data collection, report preparation, and to maintain the continuum of quality control.

3.  As a military veteran with almost ten years of service, he brings with him the necessary discipline and commitment to complete the mission at hand with timely efficiency.

4.  He is a licensed nurse with the state of Michigan with a concentration in Public Health. He is also a graduate of the University of Maryland with dual degrees in Pre-medicine and Psychology.

5.  MLPI is a Trusted Member of the Eastern Michigan Better Business Bureau. BBB Certificate

6.  Michael Barclay (CEO of MLPI) has completed the Builder Training Classes, and been awarded the Certificate of Attendance and Successful Completion EPA/HUD Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) Course. Certificate Number: R-I-108302-19-00033

7.  During the 2019 Workshop For Lead Professionals, MLPI (Michael Barclay) was honored with having the Highest Number of Lead Inspection Risk Assessments  (LIRA’s) completed for the year 2018, without a Citation. Please view: The Award
